ARRIVING IN LE MARCHE FROM THE UK

The closest airport to la Casa degli Amori is Ancona (Falconara) which is 45-55 minutes from the house. Ryanair runs scheduled flights from Stansted - Ancona.

Alternative routes via Ryanair are Stansted - Pescara, Stansted - Rimini, Bristol - Rimini, Stansted - Bologna, Birmingham - Bologna. Routes via Easy jet are Bristol - Roma or Newcastle - Roma then drive to La Casa degli Amori, a journey which takes in some beautiful countryside.  Or take the train from Roma (Termini Station) via Eurostar train to Jesi or Ancona and then by hire car or taxi to La Casa degli Amori.

 

DIRECTIONS FROM ANCONA AIRPORT

* Leave Ancona airport in a south westerly direction from the car hire depot at the airport

* Drive up the ramp on the road running parallel to the multi story car park

* Follow the road until it meets the dual carriage way and drive in the direction of Roma

* Take the turning marked JESI CENTRO on your right and go left under the motorway bridge

* Follow the road round to the right to the roundabout and turn left to FILLOTRANO

* Bypass FILOTTRANO CENTRO by keeping to the right and head in the direction of MACERATA

* Take a right hand turn to APPIGNANO through CHIESA NUOVE arriving at TREIA

* Bypass TREIA CENTRO, keeping to the right, and drive down towards PASSO DI TREIA

* After 1/2 a kilometre, passing the API garage on your left, you will see a turning to the right marked INFISSI DESIGN and MARIO CHERUBINI, which has metal pizza ovens outside - take this turning and follow our local map!
